As per Indian Honorable Court Verdict, the person whether lady or gent is entitled for equal pay for equal work, discrimination may not be tolerated. But it is found everywhere that ladies are exploited and payment for their work is given half than gents. Besides this in private sector on contract basis even gents also exploited in comparison of government job employee. Most of them koli in a large number of employees are in various fields of exploitation. Koli are hand to mouth for their livelihood. In search of getting job in hurry koli do not received reasonable payments in comparison of other community people. Koli are starving due to unemployment and their crucial condition may disturb the government and the condition may be out of control.
