According to the founder, the human race born in any country from birth till death, his living expenses from the tex charged by the government.
In the aid given to him, there should be government, residence etc.Which is not such a system, apart from this,I am ready with the government documents as soon as the time comes, because it is the human race that makes the government and not other creatures, animals,birds,kites or trees.
If this and any other national institution, the government helps humans and other animals, then the government should help and not obstruct.
